A second monster-sized 65" television hangs in the living room. This home features a full kitchen with 10-foot and 11-foot ceilings throughout. The back patio, oversized deck and 8 acres are all available for your use. The garage is not available for guest use. The owner lives in the nearby house, also attached to the deck. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire 1105 square feet of living space. They do not share this space with anyone else. The attached garage is not available for guest use. We have not installed any cameras or recording devices inside our guesthouse. Outdoor cameras monitor the outdoor driveway area. The owners are living in the nearby main house.
