Hiker's Cabin 2 — Robust, rough and adventurous

Keen to relax? On our spacious lot, right next to the N834 and within walking distance of the historic centre of Buren, is this hiker's hut. A sober stay and the place to be for those keen to go return to a simpler life. The space Welcome to De Trekkershut, where simplicity meets coziness and nature! Our cabins are basically furnished with two camp beds, a practical desk with chair, and a cozy outdoor seating area including a fire pit, perfect for those fresh evenings under the stars. Although bedding is not included as standard, you can easily bring your own or order it from us. During your stay, you can make free use of our cozy communal kitchen and living room, where you can meet other guests and share experiences. Of course, clean and accessible toilet and shower facilities are available. Did you know that our grounds are rich in fruit trees? During your stay, we invite you to enjoy fresh fruit, picked directly from the tree—as much as you like! We also offer a number of extras that can make your stay even more enjoyable: • A delicious breakfast for €12.50 per person • Bedding, pillow, and towel for €6.50 per person • Firewood for the fire pit for €7.50 per crate • Use of the jacuzzi for €15.00 per 2 hours (from April 1 to October 1) • Charging e-bikes for only €1.00 per kWh • An electric heater for €1.00 per kWh • Use of the washing machine, including detergent, for €4.00 per wash • A cozy pot stove with 5 tea lights for €2.50 We kindly ask you to pay for any extras in cash, or by debit or credit card upon arrival. Although our site is next to the N834, and the traffic can be clearly heard, this does not interfere with the high rating we consistently receive on Airbnb. Guest access You have access to the lawn where the hiker's cabin is located, but also to the shared kitchen and living room, the shared toilet and shower. You also have access to the pebbled terrace. Other things to note Welcome to De Trekkershut! We would like to inform you about a few practical matters to make your stay as pleasant as possible: 1. Although it is not possible to park directly on our premises, there is a convenient parking area within walking distance available for our guests. 2. Our trekkershuts offer a simple but charming accommodation option. They are ideal for those who wish to experience the great outdoors without the need for luxury or extensive comfort. 3. We do not offer breakfast on Sundays, but on all other days, you can enjoy a wonderful start to the day (not included in the room price). 4. Bedding and towels are not included as standard, but can be rented for €6.50 per person.
