Restful & safe 2-bedroom unit w/ free parking (#2)

Welcome to LG Apartelle! (We have 4 units available) The space This fully furnished unit was designed to ensure that all guests will feel right at home. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 queen-sized beds, 1 sofa bed (in the living room; standfan provided) We have wifi, cctv, free gated parking and private entrance for your safety/privacy. The living room is equipped with a smart TV that's packed with your favorite apps (Youtube, Netflix, etc) so it's perfect for those lazy nights where you just want to laze around and binge your favorite shows. If you don't have a Netflix account, don't fret, we provide our tenants with free access (depends on availability). We have a kitchen and dining area complete with basic appliances and glasswares to help you cook your meals. Please be ready to send me pictures of your (2) valid government IDs if you book our place so you can check-in seamlessly. Other things to note Only the two bedrooms are air-conditioned; however, we made sure to provide 1 standfan that you can use when you stay in the living/dining area. Incase of brownout/blackout, we only have automatic emergency lights in the unit. Please understand that we do not have generators and/or control over it. Tissue, linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own basic toiletries. Extra charge for excess pax and/or extra bed.
