The space The Maple Manor is in a quiet neighborhood three blocks from a main street. There have been upgrades and excellent design inside. There is a water restriction in Rawlins so yards are not up to par as in years past. It's a good place to relax after a long day traveling. Guest access Guests have full run of the house, front patio, and front and backyard. Because of local water restrictions the grass was replaced with mulch. The Little House at the end of the backyard often occupied. Other things to note There is parking in the driveway, although it is a little narrow, and parking in front of the house.
