The house is located in a residential area in El Sauzal with nice neighbors. House is not suitable for kids under 10 years of age. There is one parking space for one car inside the gate. No loud music allowed at any time. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a fully equiped kitchen. The main room has a private bathroom and the second room has a bathroom right outside the room. In the front patio has a space to park the car, a barbecue, manual awning and benches to spend an afternoon without leaving home. It has a small backyard with an area to sit and hang your wetsuit.
