Beautiful barn conversion, log fireplace & garden

Donna Rosa cottage is a wonderful, detached, light filled barn conversion, set in the centre of a quiet, very pretty village. Originally part of a farm, the barn has been stylishly converted into a 3 bedroom cottage with it's own private garden, outdoor dining and dedicated parking. Guests can cosy up to a wood burner in the lounge, with open plan kitchen diner. Enjoy local pubs, village cafe, village shop and easy access to Sherborne, the Dorset / Somerset countryside and Jurassic coast. The space Beautiful barn conversion, stone cottage, set over two floors. Upstairs has a large bedroom and open plan en-suite bathroom, with super king size bed. Downstairs has two further bedrooms (one bedroom with kingsize bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and a shower room. If you have accessibility issues, then please be rest assured there are two bedrooms and shower room / WC downstairs you can use. Downstairs also has a modern and spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. At the front of the cottage, you will find your own private sunny terrace, with outdoor dining table and chairs. This terrace is gated and private to you, so it is safe for children and dogs to wander around. Guest access From the driveway, Donna Rosa cottage has it’s own private gate that leads into a sunny, front garden terrace and the front door. This terrace is for your exclusive use. All rooms within the cottage are for your exclusive use during your stay, The driveway is shared with us, your hosts. We kindly ask that you limit parking to two cars. If you have more than two cars, then there is free street parking at the bottom of our driveway on High Street. Other things to note Helpful tips: The village is very dark after sunset, so please bring a torch. Wellies are also always helpful for woodland walks. Pets: We welcome dogs, but currently have a one dog policy. If you have more than one dog, please message me prior to making your booking. We kindly ask that dogs stay downstairs (as upstairs is carpeted) and off the sofas and beds. We have built a dog wash and stand in your terrace garden, with warm running water. We do not provide dog towels however, so we kindly ask you to bring your own dog towels.
