This house is located on historic Main Street in Saint Charles, Missouri. This means we are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and boutique shops. We are in the wedding district and three wedding venues are within a 5 minute walk: The Conservatory, The Old Stone Chapel, and LaBelle Couer. This is the perfect spot for bridal parties and families. This unique house, is a perfect spot for a bridal party to get ready and prepare for the big day. Guests have full access to the entire house. This is a historic house which is 125 years old. There are 2 main bedrooms and an entire loft. 5 total beds, a futon, and a fold out couch. The beds are: 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twin beds. There are 2 stations with full mirrors for getting ready. There is also a wall sized mirror in the main bedroom. Lots of space for bridal parties or families. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, keurig, and many amenities. There is also a wine cooler tucked away for keeping your wine just right. There are 2 flat screen tvs (50”) The house has 1 bathroom which is on the small size. It includes a tub/shower and everything you need. *new large bath being built ready spring of 2024 Parking is limited to 3 cars in the driveway, but Main St has many spots nearby. If you have smaller cars you can park 4 cars in the driveway. Guests have access to all the house but we ask that they stay out of the cellar. The guests can always reach out via the AirBnb app, texting, or the Ring doorbell. This house is on Historic Main Street in downtown St. Charles, MO. St. Charles Main Street is a stretch of 1 mile of shops and restaurants. This Airbnb is located near 3 wedding venues (The Conservatory, Stone Chapel, La Belle Couer) all within walking distance. I could give recommendations all day. We are right across the street from Hendricks BBQ. You can walk, ride bikes, or drive a car. You are really close to so many shops and restaurants. We are going to be adding a 2nd bathroom to the house. This will have no impact on any stays moving forward. The bathroom will be under construction from January - March. The new bathroom should be in full swing by spring of 2024. We are also planning a landscaping project on the outside of the house. This will put a fire pit, and a courtyard area in the front of the house.
