BretHouse 🔅is a cozy beach house, located in Caleta Centro, facing the sea. It has Wi-Fi, 1 terrace, 4 bedrooms with TV, Netflix, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, TV room, dining room, TV patio, and an artisanal grill. We include sheets, gas, 2,200Lt of water. Max: 10 people (children are included). We have everything you need for a nice and happy stay. Available for vacation activities, not suitable for party-type events. The space Bret House is 250 square meters, has 1 level, has a 1 degree slope towards the patio, the visual connection and access to the sea is direct since we are on the first line. The house is furnished and all beds have an outlet. There are different 'living' spaces, and 4 full bathrooms. The description of the rooms and furniture can be seen in the images. We do not have high-end or "luxurious" furniture and equipment. We want to make this clear so that those who want a "modern" and/or "technological" accommodation stay away. However, the house is quite functional and has all the basics and "necessities". We always suggest making inquiries before booking because "necessities" do not mean the same thing to everyone. You should know that the spa does not have municipal water and drainage connections, therefore the water is purchased, but it is not a problem, we have water carriers working and supplying every day in the spa, and we will deliver the house with 2,200 liters of water. Guest access If you rent the entire house, we'll give you the key and all the rooms are for your exclusive use. We have smart TV in almost every room, WiFi, Netflix, table soccer, Sapito and board games. The outdoor parking is very safe. The house is located downtown, ideal for visiting any service and beaches of the spa. We'll send you a map we've prepared of all the amenities and points of interest. Other things to note * You must inform us of the number of people in the reservation. Children and babies are included. The group must not exceed 10 people. Our house is not prepared to accommodate more people. * If there are fewer than 6 people, you can message us to make you an offer. * Grill cleaning has an additional cost of 20 soles. * It is recommended to take out the garbage and deposit it in the light blue cylinders that are near the sidewalk to avoid attracting flies, cockroaches, or rodents. * It is important to inform you that in the spa there are no municipal water and drainage connections, the water is purchased, we include 2,200 liters of water and you would pay for the next fillings of the tanks, 1,100 liters has a cost of 20 soles. If you make proper use of it and take care not to leave pipes open, you will not have any problems. Filling tanks is not a problem either, but it is better to prevent it. * Please note that the spa does not have municipal drainage connections, we all have septic tanks, we must prevent food, sand or other debris from entering the drains, as well as water leaks, as obstructing or overflowing the tank would be a big problem for us and an additional high cost for you. * At the Tortugas resort, as on other beaches on the nearby coast, we have rays or 'pastelillos' (little pastries). You have to ask for directions to avoid stepping on them. * We do not add a cleaning fee, but you must leave the house for routine cleaning. If you cannot clean and leave the house for deep cleaning, you will have to pay an additional 150 soles. * We have a strict rule to give the key to the person making the reservation with whom we will maintain constant communication and who must verify the description of the house and the services we offer before making the reservation.
