The neighborhood is full of cottage & bungalow-style houses from the 1920's. It is very walkable with friendly neighbors & a warm atmosphere. Local food places include Andolini's Pizzeria, Velvet Taco, Merritt's Bakery and Queenie's Cafe. Jimmy John's is a couple blocks away or check out Tally's Cafe for a classic Route 66 diner experience! The space The blue bungalow sleeps 4 and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom with clawfoot tub. Memory foam mattresses in each bedroom make for a restful night. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a full sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, Keurig and k-cups for your morning routine! The main bedroom has a queen bed with each side having its own nightstand, lamp, and power strips for all your electronic devices. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with two beds - a twin bed and a twin XL bed. Full washer & dryer on site for your use along with some provided detergent. Fully fenced in backyard for Fido! Finally, there is a fully adjustable standing desk and 27” HD monitor with a USB-C attachment and charging cable for any work from home needs! Our family (parents, child, and two dogs) lived here for 1.5 years. We are very familiar with the house and are happy to answer any questions! Pictures are a general representation of the property.
