PARKING Parking in Auburn - particularly on gamedays and graduation weeks - can be tricky. For your convenience, you will have access to onsite parking at the unit. A parking pass will be provided in the unit and must be displayed from rearview mirror at all times. The lot is patrolled regularly and cars will be towed at your expense without the proper hangtag. PLEASE make sure hangtag is left where you found it when you check out/leave the property for our guests coming in behind you. FAILURE TO RETURN HANG TAG WILL RESULT IN A $300 FEE. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles parked legally or illegally during your stay. PARTIES AND PETS Absolutely no parties or events of any kind. Our neighbors are mostly residents (and one is HOA president) and do not take kindly to excessive noise, etc. No pets of any kind allowed - and ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the unit or outside the front door on patio. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in after 3 pm CT; Check out by 11 am CT. Check out procedures will be listed in the unit. Failure to check out by 11 am will result in a late check out fee. Any items left behind after 11 am will be removed by our cleaning crew and held in a secure location until payment and pick up/shipping information is received. The fee for storing items is $75/day. ACCESS Keyless entry and self check-in. You will notice security camera on property for your safety and to ensure security of the property. You will receive email prior to arrival with your unique entry code for the duration of your stay.
