This space has been set up specifically for short-term rentals of 1-2 weeks or months and has previously been used by Guests looking for homes in the Evanston area or having construction done. We cater to Families visiting Northwestern University. Sign in to your own account or use the House account! -You will have access to a B&W Laser Printer if needed. -Kitchen includes Keurig coffeemaker, plus a French Press, Electric Kettle, and regular "Mr. Coffee" as well as cooking utensils, flatware and dishes for most any needs. Dining Table seats 6. -Large bathroom on the first floor with a New Walk-In Shower on the 2nd floor. Kiddo Tub is available for those who need it. -There is a small side garden as well as a larger garden in the back yard with a small outdoor fireplace and a new Weber gas grill (shared and weather-permitting of course). -Off-street parking space for two CARS available in back. - We do have a Full-Size Crib/Toddler Bed, Pack-N-Play, Baby Gate, and an Arm's Reach Crib (5 months or less) if you have an Infant. - 2 Foam Booster seats so kids can eat at the table easier. - Munchkin Toddler Toilet Seat so you don't have to bring one. -An inflatable twin bed AND a Twin Roll-Away are also available if you have a family with 3 kids and don't want to use the sofa bed. They can all fit in the smaller bedroom and kids seem to like that. Note: RVs are not allowed overnight on the streets of Evanston. The parking space we provide is for CARS, and it is not suitable for an RV of any size. The space also cannot accommodate a TRAILER. Any "Camping" onsite (including- and ESPECIALLY- in the Parking Space provided) is not allowed. - When you make a booking you acknowledge that you have read ALL the details of this listing. HALLOWEEN TERMS: If you are booking any time around October 31, we ask that you allow us access to Master Bedroom 1 week in advance for about an hour for exterior decor (stuff hangs from windows) and also you agree to allow us access to the space out front ON October 31 from 4-8pm for Trick or Treating (we get a lot of kids).
