The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops. From the kitchen, an exterior door leads to a private screened in porch, which then leads to a small patio containing a gas grill and wood fire pit. The bottom floor also features a full bathroom, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and smart 58” television. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a work space. Both bedrooms feature brand new queen beds, dressers, closets, and smart Roku TV's. There is a small dedicated workspace, equipped with fiber optic internet, as well as a large bathroom. The driveway is shared between Anna and Belle but each side has designated parking and private front entrances. Linens, towels, and small toiletries are provided. Other things to note Anna Belle’s Retreat is located in the North Chatham area. It is south of downtown Chapel Hill and north of Pittsboro. We are five miles/ fifteen minutes from UNC campus.
