Bright and spacious house with backyard

Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of El Sobrante, this large bright house with 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2.5 bathrooms and a large backyard with a beautiful garden provides an atmosphere of comfort, warmth and home. Great location: The place is ~30 miles from San Francisco, ~30 miles to Napa and Sonoma, and ~13 miles to Berkeley, ~25 miles to Marin County and Sausalito. There are many hiking paths within a short drive of the house in the nearby regional parks. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 office and 2.5 bathrooms. The house features a large backyard, deck, private parking, spacious kitchen and living room, all with ample privacy and safety. If the weather is nice, which is the case most of the year here, you can enjoy the deck or the beautiful yard with many fruit trees (we have ~20 fruit trees) and flowers (something is in bloom in every season) in it. We have two goats and 5 chickens in a fenced area in the backyard! We also have a beehive in the backyard. The yard has a BBQ grill with propane/charcoal and a fire pit. It also includes furniture to sit and relax.
 One bedroom has a king size bed, another has a queen size, and third one has a twin bed that can be expanded into two twin size bed. There is an extra queen size mattress that can be placed in the office to sleep two more people if needed. Also one of the couches in the living room can be used for one person to sleep comfortably.
