The space Brynglas is a recently fully restored grade ll listed cottage situated on the Island of Anglesey. Built around 1860, Brynglas sits at the top of the Island in between Holyhead and Cemaes Bay. With exposed quartzite stone walls, original timbers, log burning stoves and quirky sash windows the cottage is the perfect antidote to escaping your routine for some well deserved ‘time out’ The village pub The Holland is a five minute walk from the cottage as is a well stocked village store. Brynglas is an eclectic mix of bygone times with contemporary touches and modern facilities. Snuggle up with a good book in front of the fire in winter or in the warmer months enjoy the sunshine from dawn until dusk in the landscaped private garden. The spa provides the best spot for some star gazing where you can sit and unwind after a day well spent on one of our many stunning local beaches. Simon Other things to note Due to the age of the property Brynglas is heated by a log burner in the sitting room which heats the entire cottages radiators. To keep you toasty and warm we will provide the logs needed for the duration of your stay. The log burner is straightforward to use, however we will send you a quick video before you arrive to show you how to get a good fire going. There is also underfloor heating in the kitchen and conservatory which is controllable via a thermostat on the kitchen wall.
