1-bedroom boat for 2, river view and so much more

Enjoy the river view and grounds. Stay in our boatel for 2, in this beautiful setting on the Ohio River. We often have beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is 1 of our 12 rentals on this property at this small marina including houseboat boatels, tiny house and campers. We have a shelter house with a gas grill, gas griddle and supplies. We offer 2 extra bathrooms and 2 rustic outdoor showers in our common area shelter. We have a fire pit, 3 kayaks for rent and charted pontoon boat rides. The space This is a small Marina nestled in between two other marinas in a beautiful Cove right off the Ohio River with river views. We are across from Warsaw Kentucky, near Markland dam. I am a mile from Belterra Casino Resort and lots of charming little river towns. I am out in the country and there is no food delivery here and you have to drive at least 9 miles for the closest grocery store. There’s also no Uber here. Visit local towns like Warsaw, Madison, Vevay, Rising Sun, and Lawrensburg. We are close to the Neeley Family Distillery, and many guests visit the Ark and Creation Museum 22 miles away when staying here. I am centrally located between Cincinnati, Lexington and Louisville, they are all approximately 50 minutes away. You can fish here with an Indiana fishing license. Sometimes fish can knock on the bottom of the boat, but this is normal. If you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs. This is also in nature and there will be insects, etc. I describe it as camping on water, but it is a little more glamorous than that. Each rental is decorated with its own theme and color scheme. This one is a take on the farmhouse trend, with the animal being a duck of course since we are on the Ohio River. We used to have a super friendly duck that lived here named Lucy and it’s sort of in memory of her. Guest access Not only do you have access to your entire boat, but you are welcome to use the shared spaces on the grounds, such as the fire pit, various seating areas along the bank, shelter, extra restrooms and rustic outdoor showers. Frisbee golf station, corn hole, jenga. Kayak rental and Pontoon charter available for a fee. Other things to note Boats are not like houses, they do not offer as much electricity as a house would. You have to be mindful of that, if you have a bunch of electric going at the same time you will trip breakers. On super hot days I do recommend keeping your curtains or blinds closed during the day. Do not put toilet paper in the toilet, leave the lid down to help with any Houseboat toilet odors. I keep cleaner by the toilet. You’re welcome to use the shelter bathrooms and I prefer for number two. No candles, smoking or vaping in or around the boats. We have ash trays in the shelter.
