AC/Heat, LED lights, kitchen, mini refrigerator, range, bathroom w/flush toilet & shower, and plenty of beds for all! RV is parked beside private residence atop the hill for unlimited water and power supply. The space We welcome you to make yourself at home, relax and ask you to respect our RV as if it were your own. Low impact green living at its best! Our brand new RV is solar powered with a flat screen TV and wifi. The super comfy Queen size memory foam bed with luxury weight bedding is ready to offer you a great night's rest. We have 2 twin beds stacked that provide the perfect nook for the kids, and the dining area magically converts to an additional big bed as well! Please keep in mind the RV is a guest home adjacent the primary residence. The spectacular views are best enjoyed outdoors along the expansive private trails. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets to the west, and stargaze to your heart’s content. Other things to note Hi! We are happy to be hosting! Because our backyard is the wilderness, there could be wild animals. As such, by entering and staying on our property, you agree to our WAIVER OF LIABILITY which states: Guests hereby agree that they are entering the property at their own risk. Guests are aware of the risks associated with the activity of traveling to/from the RV (the "Activity"), which include but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and/or death. Guests understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from their own or other’s actions, inaction, or negligence; conditions related to travel; or the condition of the Activity location(s). Nonetheless, Guests assume all related risks, both known or unknown to them, of their participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. I agree to hold the OWNER harmless from any and all claims, including attorney’s fees or damage to my personal property, that may occur as a result of my participation in this Activity, including travel to, from and during the Activity. If the OWNER incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the OWNER. If I need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
