The space Sítio Paratiisi, as the name in Finnish says, is a "paradise" located next to Pico do Penedinho, at the end of Harry Bertell Street, just 1500 meters from Casa do Chocolate in Penedo. For those who enjoy a stay in a beautiful and relaxing place, with the sound of birds and the green of nature, in a super cozy house and with 10-star hosts, this is the perfect place. Come and discover the Finnish Colony and stay with us! Our site is a paradise just 200 meters from Pico do Penedinho, one of the most visited tourist attractions in Penedo. It was part of the old Penedo Farm, the place that gave rise to the Finnish Colony. Sítio Paratiisi is a very quiet place, surrounded by lots of greenery and mountains, yet very close to the main street (Casa do Chocolate) and the center of Penedo. The property, with 52,000 m² of native forest, has a beautifully decorated and very cozy 450 m² house, with 6 rooms, fireplaces, 4 en-suites, garden, hammock area, leisure area, playhouse and swing for the children. The site has a lake with pet fish (yes, pet tambaquis), which are a hit with all its visitors. It also has cows, a horse, dogs and cats, which are part of this beautiful setting. The birds live loose and the parrots are a constant presence in the trees. Guest access The best way to get to Sítio Paratiisi is by car. Arriving in Penedo through the Portal (where the "Eu amo Penedo" sculpture is located), you should follow the main street to Casa do Chocolate (factory). Then, turn right, which is Harry Bertell Street. This is the street where you'll find Spa Ritualli and also Pico do Penedinho. Follow this paved street for about 1,800 meters, always bearing left (whenever you come to a fork in the road). Sítio Paratiisi is at the end of the street (no exit) on the left, about 100 meters down from Pico do Penedinho. Cars must enter through the main gate of the site (which has an ox cart wheel sign with the name "Sítio Paratiisi"). The Sítio's gate is in front of a yellow house at number 1673. The gate will be closed, but just honk and the hosts Beto and Fátima will assist you and show you the space. You can also send me a message shortly before your arrival, and I'll also let my parents know. IMPORTANT: You will have a gate control, a house key and a key to your suite during your stay. And on the day of check-out, they must be returned. Please arrange with the hosts the time you will leave on the day of check-out (up to 11 a.m.), so that they are there when you return the keys. Other things to note Due to the mountains, the cell signal at Sítio Paratiisi is weak, but the headquarters has Wi-Fi and the internet and WhatsApp work well indoors.
