Aloe house Snowdon accommodation

The Aloe house is a completely solar powered house which will not be affected by the load shedding whatsoever. You have a spectacular view of the Malungane mountain from every room of the house with its ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. their is a large fire place in the main living room to make fires during those crisp winter nights. in winter the cows calve right outside the house which can be a great insight into the farm life. sunsets over the entire Drakensberg range. The space the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. their is an exposed loft attached to the main bedroom with two single beds which is ideal for parents bringing their children along. the loft has no railings so its not ideal for small children as it can be dangerous (railings are going to be put in place in the near future). Guest access you will have access to the entire house. private driveway. you are free to roam where ever the wind takes you on the farm we just ask please close gates behind you as this is a working farm. we encourage guests to bring their bicycles, motorbikes, 4x4's and take advantage of the space on the farm. if you let us know in advance when and where you would like to ride we can just make sure no gates are locked so that its a hassle free adventure. Other things to note please be cautious of smoking in fields or leaving unattended fires during the dry season (May, June, July, August) as you could start a runaway fire putting our animals, winter food storage and the neighboring farms at risk of severe damage. we do have the right of admission reserved so if we feel that you are not complying with our boundaries set for the safety of our farm, we will ask you to leave. there are more properties available to rent for holiday accommodation listed on my profile. There is also the watsonia house (sleeps 4) and protea house (sleeps 6). Perfect if you want to get a large group together and book out for family reunions, birthdays, workshops, work retreats ect.
