The apartment is newly renovated and all appliances are new. It has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has a large living room, with 2 sofas, a work desk, a dining area and an open kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer. It has a large bathroom with both a separate shower and bathtub. The apartment has a large balcony and is very open with lots of light. The apartment is fully equipped for both short and longer stays. Guest access The guest has the whole apartment to themselves. Other things to note We kindly ask that guests do not leave the apartment in a condition that requires excessive or deep cleaning, such as dirty dishes, soiled carpets, stains, trash, etc. The cleaning fee is intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations, which includes tasks like laundry, vacuuming/cleaning surfaces and fresh bed linen/towels. If you require additional cleaning after your stay, please let us know, and we will arrange it at an hourly rate. We have a baby cot and a baby chair that can be provided upon request. The smoking area is outdoors next to the recycling containers.
