Atypical loft in its green setting

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this spacious and bright loft in an 18th century barn. Located near the National Stud Farm in Saint Lô, you can walk to the city center along bucolic paths in 17 minutes. The countryside in the city, in the heart of a small quiet and friendly hamlet, surrounded by meadows, where you can admire foxes and deer, or greet the horses. Staying there is a real experience. The space This 62 m2 loft will charm you with its pleasant space and 6.5 m cathedral ceiling. It consists of a large living room, dining room and has a minimalist kitchen with everything you need: an electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, kettle and 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso). The bathroom consists of a sink and a walk-in shower. The vintage sofa is convertible. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, the sleeping area has 1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed. A turntable is at your disposal. Guest access The barn is a separate accommodation. The garden is shared with us, as we live in the house next door, but you will have all your peace and quiet, as it is large enough. In front, there are 3 parking spaces, one of which is reserved for tenants. Other things to note The loft is not suitable for infants or young children.
