"Art en Célé": Luxury & Nature 1
Art en Célé-chambres d'hôtes
Description
Between heaven and earth, in the Célé Valley, you can stroll among the great sculptures that populate our gardens, dream under the starry nights of the Black Triangle, relax on the shaded terraces, enjoy a dinner prepared with local products, served on the terrace overlooking the valley (by reservation). We offer a place of calm and harmony, between art and nature, and ask our guests to also be the guarantors. The space Set on a terrace on the heights of the meadow behind our house, the 5m diameter and 3m high tent gives a real sense of space. Made with a natural and thick cotton, the interior space breathes and the presence of vents lets in the freshness of the air at night. You will feel both well protected, while being as close as possible to nature: the scents, the songs of nocturnal animals, the rustling of the wind and the murmur of the Célé, comfortably installed in the bottom of your bed. You will be immersed in a grandiose landscape in a total connection with the celestial world and watch the birth of the world at sunrise. You can relax in the garden, in the sun or in the shade of the trees or stroll around the estate. Shared sanitary facilities (dry toilets and solar shower) nearby. A total stay in pure nature. Guest access As you wish, you can enjoy the terrace in the shade of the lime trees or take the path that will allow you to discover breathtaking views and access the many trails that run through the limestone plateaus. Other things to note For hikers, we are accessible from the D41, parallel to GR651, but located on the opposite bank of the Célé. From the village of Corn, stay on the D41 instead of crossing the bridge of Corn for 2.5 km. So this 3 km stretch can be considered as a variant of the Way of Compostela a little shorter. You can pick up the GR in Sainte-Eulalie 700 m away. From Espagnac, leave the GR at Sainte-Eulalie cross the bridge and take the D41 to the right for 700 m. For those who wish to dine on the terrace adjoining the tent. You can picnic without any problems - a space in a refrigerator is at your disposal - as long as you pack your food well (airtight packaging) and leave nothing behind after your meal so as not to attract animals. You will take care to put the leftovers and packaging that you do not want to keep in a bag that you will put in the trash can of the cellar the next morning. As there is no kitchen, it is not possible to cook (gas camping, or any other means of heating or cooking is prohibited) or wash your dishes (no sink or hot water available). You can easily access the remarkable sites by letting yourself be guided by the Célé who marries a winding and romantic road, sometimes folded on the river, sometimes opening landscapes where space is endless. Easy parking everywhere, some paid parking (unavoidable!) for sightseeing tours. The Célé Valley, offers multiple opportunities to enjoy the beauties of nature: hiking, cycling, kayaking, caving, nautical bases, cave visits,... Cultural side: picturesque villages and heritage (abbeys, castles, etc.) A stone's throw from the Way of Compostela Figeac: 15 minutes Rocamadour/Padirac/St Cirq Lapopie: 45mn pech Merle cave: 30 minutes. Exit side: cafes, bars, restaurants in Figeac and Cajarc (Lot Valley: 25 minutes) - terraces, restaurants, drinks along the river in the villages of the valley.
