Located in Vedado, a few meters from the Havana pier, near the Almendares River, very close to downtown. In total we have 6 rooms that can accommodate 20 people. It is equipped with a coffee maker, smart TV, electric kettle, safe, minibar, and hairdryer. People who have been here describe our place as a small private paradise hidden in the center of busy Havana, perfect for couples with children, family or friends. Guest access The common areas are the terraces, the pool, jacuzzi, garden, and although we are around busy with cleaning, we try to give our guests all the privacy. INTERNET It's included in the reservation. MONEY Not all credit cards work in Cuba. We suggest you bring enough “cash” and alternative cards. Lately, Mastercard and VISA are working well. You can exchange your money at the airport or at the bank, and the exchange rate from your currency to Cuban pesos (CUP) is approximately 125 Cuban national currency pesos. But you can also get a better exchange rate with Tania, the host of the accommodation, at home at about 300 pesos for each euro or dollar, although the exchange rate is constantly changing. My recommendation is that "do not change your money at the airport, nor at the bank". If the price of something you want to buy is in Cuban pesos, you can divide the total price you receive by CUP (÷) 300 CUP, and it will give you the result of how many EUR or USD you have to pay. CHECK-IN Check-in to the room is from 4:00 pm, although if your flight is earlier and you need to leave your luggage at the facility, you can check with us before your arrival... and if so, the areas should not be used if there are other guests enjoying the facility, until the time the room is delivered to you.... CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 12:00 PM, but if your flight is later and you need to stay longer, you can continue to stay in the common areas of the accommodation on the terrace, without using the pool or room, because there is usually a check-in of new guests and those areas need to be maintained and cleaned. PARKING We have free parking inside the house. REGISTRATION As soon as you arrive, we need to verify your passport details for our administration. You will be charged if there are losses and breakages of objects in the room.
