Butterfly Retreat at River Valley Cornwall

Our holiday home ‘Butterfly’ is located on the award winning River Valley Country Park. A Superb base for visiting the many beautiful beaches and attractions that Cornwall has to offer, closest beach approx 5 minute drive. Ideal for Families or Couples the peaceful country park is dog friendly with a dedicated dog walking field. There is also a smart TV subject to guests using their own accounts for Netflix etc. The Second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe. The bathroom has a large powerful shower, heated towel rail. The large lounge has two very comfortable sofas and a dining area along with Smart TV and feature fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a Fridge/Freezer , oven and hob, microwave, also has a tassimo coffee machine. (Pods not supplied). Outside has a large enclosed decking area with table and chairs with parasol. Parking is directly in front Guest access All Other things to note Parking is situated right outside for one car. Additional vehicles should be parked outside reception in the dedicated spaces An EV charging point is available in the reception car park and is operated via an App The park has full laundrette facilities, washers,dryers,ironing boards & washing lines. These are all coin operated.
