The home is centrally located and walkable to all the bars and restaurants downtown Orcutt has to offer. Orcutt is located in the Central Coast close to hikes beaches and of course wineries. A perfect city for relaxing and romantic weekend getaway. Newly renovated, the home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom is large with built-in closets and a home office. Both bedrooms fit queen size beds. There is an air mattress available which can be set up in the living room. Guest access The guests are free to access the front house which is a private residence along with the front yard. The guest should not access the back of the house or backyard. There are two separate units on this property. The guests do not have access to the back unit. Other things to note Please note that while there is a driveway I use the driveway to store my cars. So upon arrival there will be two cars in the driveway and there is no available private parking. There is however ample street parking. The Airbnb is only for the front unit. There is a separate unit in back that guests do not have access to.
