BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (bedding, pillows, towel sets, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided) Master Suite (top floor): King bed, fireplace, Apple TV, expansive walk-in closet, dressing mirror and a private bathroom equipped with Kohler shower amenities, dual sinks, and a toilet with bidet. 2nd & 3rd Guest Bedrooms (top floor): one with a Queen and a Twin bed, 2 closets, and dressing mirror; the other with a Queen bed, closet, desk, and dressing mirror. The guest bathroom on this floor offers a relaxing soaking bathtub/shower and dual sinks. 4th Bedroom (lower level): CURRENTLY BEING REMODLED- this room will have one full-size bed, carpet, recessed lighting, and a closet. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink on this level. There are also two roll-away cots available for children to use, and two pack-n-plays for our tiny guests. Remote workers will appreciate the PRIVATE office room, equipped with desk and rolling chair, monitor, printer with ink, copy paper, sofa, built-in bookcases with mini-library, and writing desk. This home is privately owned and professionally cleaned before each booking. We give our bests to our guests! Please respect the maximum number of guests is 11 including children and infants. No parties or additional guests are permitted. Guest access You'll be provided a code for keyless entry. Other things to note Parking: Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street at any time. Security Cameras: There are 3 outdoor security cameras (front door, back door main entrance, and treehouse facing fire pit to monitor fires) and one in the garage to allow us to ensure the garage doors are closed and the bikes are put away. There are no cameras inside the house. Beach Access: Lake Michigan is only steps away! Though you can't see the lake from the house because of the trees, you'll likely hear the waves. You'll have walking access to a lovely strip of public beach on Lake Michigan where you can swim, watch the sailboats, and take in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! Please be aware that private beachfront properties are located directly to the left and right of the public access area and guests are restricted to the water or shoreline walking in those areas. There are many large public beach areas nearby as well.
