Situated just steps away from the picturesque shores of Lake Michigan, and mere minutes from the renowned Road America, Kohler Waters Spa, Kohler Andrae State Park, and several exceptional golf courses, this idyllic destination offers an array of amenities to ensure a memorable stay. The top floor of the expansive 3,500 sq ft house features a luxurious master bedroom with a King bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom equipped with Kohler shower amenities. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this level, one with a Queen and Twin bed, and the other with a Queen bed. The guest bathroom on this floor offers a relaxing soaking bathtub/shower and dual sinks. There is a spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer for guests to use. Moving to the lower level, you’ll find a comfortable fourth guest bedroom with two Full beds, accompanied by a guest bathroom with a shower. The spacious den is perfect for relaxation, with a massive flat-screen TV, reclining sofas, and a cozy fireplace. Should additional sleeping arrangements be needed, two roll-away twin cots are available for use in this area. The main level of the house is designed for both functionality and comfort. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an array of appliances to cater to your cooking needs. This area has a Northwoods feel, with lots of trees and cottage style homes, and walking access to a semi-private stretch of beach. (Beaches in Black River are private and renters are not allowed to trespass on beachfront property. There are public beaches nearby.) There are nature trails, a playground, and a great neighborhood restaurant all within walking distance. We LOVE it here and hope you will too! Driveway parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. There is no street parking permitted. Parking: Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles. No street parking at any time. Lake Michigan is only steps away! Though you can't see it from the house because of the trees, you'll likely hear the waves. There is a walking path at the end of Pioneer Road leading to a small beach access area to Lake Michigan where you can swim, watch the sailboats, and take in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! Please be aware that most of the beach here is privately owned and not accessible to our guests, so if you want to spend significant time on the beach we suggest visiting one of the nearby public beaches.
