A stay that combines comfort, authenticity, and freedom—your ideal base to explore Florence. The space The room is located between two quiet streets, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. In the early morning, you can enjoy a delightful walk along the banks of the Arno River. The bathroom is shared with just one other room (maximum two guests). Guest access Guests enjoy independent access to the property, allowing full flexibility with check-in and check-out times. There are no restrictions—you can come and go at any hour and enjoy your stay with complete freedom and privacy. We regret to inform you that the property is unfortunately not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. During your stay I am always available for my guests and happy to assist whenever needed. Other things to note The house is located in an authentic Florentine neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds yet well connected to the city center. In the area, you will find many charming shops, small artisan stores, and local businesses mostly frequented by Florentines and neighborhood residents, offering a genuine taste of local life and traditions. Just a short walk away lies the Parco delle Cascine, the city’s largest green area, perfect for walking, jogging, or simply relaxing outdoors. Every Tuesday, the park hosts Florence’s largest weekly market, a must-visit spot to explore stalls filled with clothes, accessories, and local specialties.
