Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is almost 150 years old but modern inside. Bathroom, shared with another guest, was renovated recently. Back porch has grape vines giving you a shade in a hot summer day and wrap around verandah invites you to enjoy the scene unfolding out on the street while working on your thin laptop. Has good wifi [don't know the tech. specs :)], Charles river is almost next door and 71 bus stop 3 mins. walk from the house. The space I have two Airbnb guest rooms including this one. These are the only bedrooms on the 1st floor. A bathroom is in the middle in these two room. This room has a twin bed. If a potential guest likes to book both the rooms, it will be $125/night. Single room is priced ~75/night. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen if they wish. There's a pantry dedicated for guests with pots, pans, and sliver ware. and a space in the fridge. Kichen is newly renovated with cooking in mind. Guests also can lounge in the back porch (pergola with grave vines) or have a nice cup of tea under the canopy of Eastern Red But tree in the front. During your stay I usually have my breakfast (tea and toast) before I leave for work. Some guests like to join me some don’t. I’m available for my guests but also like to leave them alone. Other things to note Bathroom is in between the two Airbnb guest bedrooms and shared, but both rooms are hardly booked at the same time Cleaning fee - For the long term guest (After 30 days), fee will be charged $ 50 every month. The house doesn't have a central a/c only central heating. I would like guests to clean up after themselves after each use of the bathroom.
