Original fireplaces in bedrooms and original doors and stairs lend to it's appeal. All modernised with full oil heating and electric shower to bath. separate kitchen and outdoor patio area. Huge front bedroom with triple windows and a sea view and smaller back bedroom with a sea view. You can even see the lighthouse flashing in the distance at night of you look carefully. A stone's throw from the town and all its quaint coffee shops, ice cream shops, take ways and restaurants. Nearby is Bangor town a short 15 min drive away it's modern promenade. Many beaches to choose from along the coast from Donaghadee all the way to Portaferry. National trust properties of Mount Stewart and Castle Ward all close by. Guest access Free on street parking opposite the house is usually available but can be times when it's full. In this case parking is free at end of the street along the wall or in the nearby car par accessed from the harbour road. Drive past the harbour on left and park at far end of the second car park on right. it's a very vshort walk to the house from there. Other things to note Range of restaurants and cafes in Donaghadee is amazing. All within a few minutes walk and many have seaviews.
