Disconnect in this unique and relaxing accomodation, with terrace, parking and swimming pool. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. Perfect location to discover Málaga and surroundings, motorway easily reacheable. Located in a very quiet and safe area, one step to the beach, to the emblematic Balneario of the Baños del Carmen and the Morlaco Park. Commercial area 2 minutes walking, that includes bus and taxi stops, supermarket, restaurants, coffe shops, ATM and pharmacy. The space The apartment is located in the ground floor of a residential building with 8 apartments, in a very quiet neighborhood. Common areas of the building include the parking space, that is always available to our guests so do not need reservation, as well as the shared communal saltwater pool, very quiet and sunny (open from May to October). The access to the apartment can be done from the parking at the same level, just next to the apartment, or from the main door of the building, 2 floors downstairs. The apartment consists of an open space separated into several environments: kitchen equipped with table and chairs for 2 people; living room with work area, wardrobe, smart tv, sofa bed and AA; bedroom with double bed, separated from the living room with an elegant curtain. The decoration and details have been taken care of. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, and has a shower tray and bathroom screen. In addition, outside there is the private terrace, sunny in the morning and very cozy, as well as the shared pool (open from May to October). The pool is fenced to avoid any danger with children. For greater convenience, the parking space is located at the door of the accommodation, which makes loading and unloading luggage much easier. WiFi connection in all rooms and cot available under request. Smoking and pets not allowed. Please check accommodation rules for further information. Guest access Guests will have access to the terrace, for private use, as well as to the pool, that is for community use by the rest of the residents of the community too (open from May to October). Please, have a look to the rules to use the swmming pool in the "Politicas y normas" section. Other things to note The entrance to the accomodation can be done through the parking ramp with the car. The parking in covered but on the surface. While on foot there are 2 entrances to the community, one of which counts with stairs. The community is adjacent to a public children playground that is accessed directly from the door without access stairs. In case you do not want to put your car in the parking, it is not difficult to park for free in the streets around the accommodation.
