Come enjoy our cozy home just a short walk, bike or drive away from all that Lake Waccamaw has to offer. The lake shore is about 300 yards down the street from the house. Public access to the lake is available at Lake Waccamaw State Park just 3 miles away. There are two public boat ramps at the lake, both are within 4 miles. Downtown Wilmington is about a 35 minute drive. Southport and the beaches at Oak Island are reachable in under an hour. The space The house features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an ensuite half bath and the other with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully outfitted with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a small deck out back and a front porch. *Linens and toiletries are provided.* Guest access You'll have full access to the living areas in the house. Access to the garage and the storage building is not included. Please note that there is not a washing machine / dryer available for use.
