⚠️ POOL CLOSED Due to force majeure beyond our control, the pool renovation and resurfacing work, initially scheduled for completion at the end of January 2026, will be extended by at least two to three months. To expedite completion, the external contractor will operate during construction hours, approximately from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which may not coincide with the residence's usual quiet hours. The space In this wonderful accommodation you can find all the possible comforts to make the most of your holiday... a double bedroom 150x190 with memory foam mattress with two-door wardrobe and chest of drawers... a bedroom with two staggered beds and their memory foam mattresses 90x190... a bathroom with toilet / shower and bidet... a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine / dishwasher / oven / microwave / refrigerator... Guest access On the ground floor, you can enjoy a reading room and Wi-Fi. You will also find a hairdresser and massages (for a fee). While taking the elevator down to the ground floor, 300 meters away, you can enjoy a dip in the ocean with a splendid beach with palm trees and sand. Other things to note For our guests we can provide an extra service… obviously for a fee upon agreement, we come to pick you up upon your arrival at the airport and bring you back for departure… we also have the possibility of renting you a car available for the customers of our accommodation, everything will be agreed before your arrival to better organize your stay.
