Welcome to Silverstar Sanctuary! Located on our 10 acre private property just 4 miles from Watertown, 3 miles from Lake Pelican & 10 miles from Lake Kampeska. If you like camping but don't like the hassle of setting up a tent, sleeping on the floor, or surrounded by other campers, then this is for you! Comfy queen bed with room to relax indoors or ample space outdoors to enjoy nature! *PETS* Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please note that if you will be bringing your dog. There will be a $25 pet fee. Pets NOT allowed on furniture or bed or there will be additional charges. This 2008 26 Ft. RV has been updated with fresh paint, new flooring, and a touch of shiplap throughout, making this space a relaxing indoor experience. New butcher block counter tops in kitchen and bathroom sink area, adding to the look of this updated RV. The RV itself has a full kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig with a sample of K-cups, sweeteners & tea. Pots, pans & utensils if choosing to cook indoors. Grill provided outdoors, under the awning to cook your steak. Plenty of storage above sinks or baskets below couch. Couch pulls out to make additional sleeping for 1 comfortably. All bedding, linens & bath towels provided. Full length mirror, private toilet, toilet paper & shower. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Heat/ AC. * We have Wifi available for the bedroom Smart TV. The livingroom TV only plays Movies so we provide DVD and movies. Right outside your door you can relax on the hammocks or have coffee on the patio furniture while listening to the birds and a possible glimpse of deer walking thru the area. You have access to the walking trails in trees on our property, or rent our 2 kayaks to take to Pelican lake for the day ($30 each per day) Whether it's summer, spring or fall you can always end your day around the fire pit under the stars to roast some s'mores and share stories of the day. You are welcome to explore the trails near the RV, but we do have 2 other vacation rentals on this property, including our residence. (Please be respectful of each private space) "Silverstar Barn" & Silverstar Stables" can also be rented if looking to host a larger group. They can also be found on Airbnb. We do have free roaming chickens, so if bringing a well-behaved dog, please be aware of that. I'm always available with a message or phone call. 4 miles from Watertown in a country setting makes this a great place to unplug & relax! One thing to keep mind is you are immersed in nature, so our little bug friends are definitely around. Please keep the RV door closed when you are not inside & mosquitoe spray is some times needed for outdoors. We will spray the area before guests check in but no guarantees as you are in the woods. PLEASE NOTE: Guests outside of your reservation are NOT allowed.
