Disney 3 Bed 2.5 Bath Hot Tub and No Resort Fees

We are just around the corner of the world-famous US 192 with lots of restaurants and entertainment and just a few minutes from Disney. This is the best and new listing for a 3 Bedroom/ 3-bathroom townhouse. The house is equipped with a nice dining area, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Master bedroom with a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Nice sleeping sofa at the living room and on the patio there's a hot-tub waiting for you to relax -enjoy The space Amazing house House sleeps comfortable 8 people : 1 king bed in the suite master bedroom room 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds with an extra full bathroom. Total 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom We have a sofa bed on the first floor if you need it, please send us a message to have it ready before your arrival. We do have a safe in our house. We provide you a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher, Trash bags. You find for your convenience Coffee, Tea and sugar. Towels ,washcloth, hand towels per each guest. Hand towels and one bath mat per bathroom as well We provide colored towels for use outside the house: patio/hot tub and also in the pools at clubhouse. Please, when making your reservation, indicate the number of people who will stay in the house, including children. Guest access It is very easy since we will send you the gate and house code, and the resort amenities have no additional cost. Other things to note We are in wild Florida, please don't leave doors, patio door and windows open will attract bugs and wildlife. Pest control services are regularly scheduled.
