Available only for minimum 3 months contract at a time. The space A clean, airy interior made up of 2 en-suite bedrooms - downstairs en-suite and upstairs en-suite. The Master bedroom leads out onto a private balcony overlooking the beach and Silhouette island, making for majestic sunsets every evening. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the deck. The sizeable, fully-equipped kitchen opens up to both interior and exterior dining areas and a large wooden deck grants ample space for outdoor lounging. Step down from the deck onto your own private beach area or take a few further steps into the serene blue sea ! The deck is literally 15metres from the high water mark ! There is a seperate guest toilet downstairs. The bedrooms have aircons and ceiling fans. Storage with another toilet and shower accessible from outside around the back. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home if booked for 4 persons. Two persons will live in the downstairs areas only with the upstairs bedroom/bathroom closed off. Other things to note The house can only be accessed by the beach. On road parking. Realistically 2.5 minutes walk. On your arrival we shall guide you to the house and assist with luggage etc.
