I am renting out my apartment. Only use of the entire apartment. You have a living room with a box spring sofa bed (very comfortable, no back pain) at your disposal. Here you will also find a mobile workstation and an adjoining balcony (incl. Balcony furniture), the bathroom incl. Tub, the hallway, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Underground garage space and bicycle included. The space The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher and large refrigerator with large freezer compartment. Cafissimo coffee machine also available. Dishwasher available. A workstation with screen is available in the living room. Schönfließ is a very nice spot. You will stay in a quiet settlement right on the edge of the forest. Here you can take beautiful walks and bike tours. Within walking distance you have Netto, a newsagent, bakery and restaurants. The following train stations can be reached by bike: Schönfließ station, Hermsdorf station, Frohnau station. The apartment is not for rent by the day, but only from 7 nights. Water, Internet (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, RTL Plus access available) and electricity are included in the price.
