We are on Campeche beach in Florianópolis-SC and are a 10-minute drive from the sea. All indoor furniture MAY NOT be moved outdoors. Outdoor cushions and poufs must be kept dry and clean. No smoking inside the house Voltage 220w Wifi - We are not responsible for any problems caused by the access provider (slowness, interruptions, crashes, etc.). Personal and decorative objects must be cared for and kept in their proper places. Air-conditioning should be used conscientiously, with doors and windows closed. We offer bed and bath linens consistent with the number of guests. Extra towels and bedding will be charged R$ 20 per piece. Extra guests will be charged an extra R$ per person per day, with prior notice. We ask that you do not flush toilet paper or any other type of waste down the toilet. Small pets are welcome for a fee of 70 reais and with prior notice. We ask the owners to be attentive to the animal's needs, as well as to ensure the animal does not climb on sofas and beds. Any object broken or damaged by the guest will be charged, including bed and bath linens with any stains and tears. We ask that you take care with sunscreen and makeup, as they stain bed and bath linens. Because it is not a hotel, we do not offer cleaning or tidying service, the organization and maintenance must be done by the guest. We provide a cleaning service or outsourced housekeeping, which must be requested in advance. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest, so lock the house before leaving. When leaving the house, please keep the showers and taps closed, as well as the lights off and air-conditioning turned off. Use water and energy conscientiously. We ask that you park in the manner directed by the host, avoiding blocking the other parking spaces, as well as the passage of the street.
