New Contemporary Luxury Cottage

Our large newly refurbished contemporary cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a double bed in each and the master bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed. Large kitchen/living area that opens out to a large patio area with furniture for summer BBQs. There is a large garden and a private driveway. New Gym and patio added for 2025. We are located 10 minutes from Malahide Village which is renowned for its upmarket pubs, restaurant and seafront walks. Guest access During your stay you will have access to all parts of our house, garden and gym. Other things to note Our home is located 5km from 2 world renowned championship golf courses in Portmarnock, 10km from Dublin City, 4km for Dublin Airport and 5km from Malahide. A short 10min walk to all buses. Please note, should our guests cause any damage to our house a damage fee of 750 euro will be payable through Airbnb resolution centre.
