This lovely and spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath suite is convenviently and centrally located by Cedar Hill golf course and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria and a 25 minute drive to Swartz Bay ferry terminal. A short walk gets you to amenities such as grocery stores, liquor store and a variety of coffee shops and tasty lunch spots. Should you desire to get some exercise and fresh air for you and/or your pets, Cedar Hill golf course is a fantastic location mins up the road from the suite. The space Furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, this spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath suite includes, wireless internet and a cable package offered on a Smart TV so you can access your Netflix account. The master bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a lovely big window that lets in a lot of natural light, the room is spacious and can accommodate an additional single bed for a fifth guest if need be. The second bedroom also includes another comfy Queen size bed, and ample space for storage. Make yourself at home in the fully equipped modern kitchen where all you need is on hand to prepare a home-cooked meal. A washer and dryer are conventionally located in the bathroom, where fresh towels, starter amounts of soap and shampoo are provided. To save you time the following amenities are provided to get you started in the first days after your arrival: paper products(including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soap, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper, coffee and tea. Guest access This space is a completely self contained suite with a private entrance. Off street parking is offered for 2 vehicles in front of the suite for ease of access for loading and unloading.
