Other things to note ***Update 2025, A super comfortable new 10 Inch Queen Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress is just installed : ) Previous cleaning crew were not always performing and therefore, they were replaced by a new high quality professional cleaning crew No party, No smoking, No loud music. Please be respectful to the neighbors as they are very friendly and nice people. If there is smoking in the home you will be charged an additional cleaning fee up to $150. PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a additional fine $50. Well-maintained, clean, and fun, with a friendly staff and a perfect location for shopping and dining locally. The French Market is exceptional. -Cinzetti's Italian Market, excellent buffet affordable price -Jack Stack Barbecue, 5 stars, all time favorite steak & seafood -Oak Park Mall, the biggest shopping mall in overland park -Antioch Park, Meadowbrook park, Santa Fe Trail Park, too many to list & explore : )
