Mediterranean-style beachfront house in a unique location with spectacular views of the Bay of Roses. Surrounded by a large garden of pine, cypress, and olive trees, it has a heated indoor pool and direct access to the Camí de Ronda hiking trail. The terracotta and white tones of the furniture and decor convey comfort and convenience, and seek to find the perfect balance between the bright blue of the sea and the feeling of refuge. The space The house is distributed on two levels. On the first floor, just entering through the main door, we are greeted by a large window with the sea in the background. It consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a guest toilet, a storage area, and a laundry room. In the sleeping area, on the same floor, the master bedroom suite, with an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. All rooms have access to the terrace, which has privileged ocean views. In it, we find everything necessary to enjoy the outdoors: dining area, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. From the terrace, we access the pool and garden. From the first level, and going down a spiral staircase, we reach the lower floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of these rooms has an exit to the lower terrace. Both enjoy ocean and garden views. The lower terrace also has a chill-out area with seats and a hammock to relax. Guest access The entire accommodation is available to guests. This includes all the rooms in the house, terraces, the pool, and the garden. Inside the property, there is space outside to park 2 vehicles and a separate closed garage to store a vehicle. You can access the hiking trail that borders the house through a garden gate and walk to Canyelles beach in a few minutes. Other things to note Roses has a great climate all year round. Apart from the hottest months of summer, the rest of the year enjoys temperate weather and mild winters.
