Homey Studio near MOA, Pasay City

Our space is a condo unit in a brand new residential building located within the Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex. We've designed it to achieve the vibe, look, and feel of a hip hotel room. Warm, cozy, and welcoming are what best describe our unit. Being within the MOA Complex means being in the middle of just about everything - shopping, leisure, entertainment, hotels, high-end casinos, everything! The space Apartment Features, Connectivity & Entertainment --------------------------------------------------------------- WiFi is readily available within the unit with a peak speed of 50Mbps delivered through fiber internet lines by SMDC's own Woofy WiFi network. Netflix and Youtube can be accessed directly from the 55" TV screen. The studio has different lighting options to allow you to create a lighting mood that suits you. Complimentary Toiletries ------------------------------- You must have come from a long flight or a physically taxing commute and you've been looking forward to that first shower after arriving. No worries, we got you covered. Fresh, folded towels will be on your bed when you arrive. A heated shower, complimentary liquid body wash, and shampoo are provided for you in the bathroom. The Kitchen --------------- Pots, pans, a microwave oven, and other cooking utensils are provided to allow you to do some light meal preparation. Just don't forget to pull out the range hood when cooking to turn on the light above the cooker and to minimize fumes in the apartment. A mini-fridge can be found under the cooker. Amenities ------------ Registered guests are allowed to use the swimming pool within the tower complex for a fee. Rates are Php 150.00/ guest on regular days and Php 300.00/ guest during holidays. Swimming pool vouchers can be purchased at the Property Management Office (PMO) located on the ground floor of the building. The maximum number of guests allowable is two (2) per Studio or 1BR unit such as in the case of our apartment. Other things to note Things to remember during your stay ------------------------------------------------- Light Switches Light switches can be found on the side of the main door (kitchen + track lights), near the intercom (bedroom), and behind the TV (which is still reachable by hand, controls another bedroom light and the balcony light). Airconditioning Units High Energy Efficiency Ratios (EER's) and environmentally friendly features were just some of the criteria that we used in the selection of our air conditioning (AC) unit. We hope you will join us on this path to sustainability by turning off the AC units when nobody is in the apartment. Laundry A washing machine is provided for light washing during your stay. We encourage you to use the "Daily Wash" or the "15-minute Quick Wash" settings only and limit the amount of clothes to wash. Please don't hang your clothes in the balcony, the building prohibit this. Guests of our guests While we do not discourage you from receiving friends and family members from visiting you during your stay, we request that you limit their number and the length of visit to a minimum. Additional Guest The apartment was designed to accommodate a couple or business travelers in mind. The maximum number of guests per stay is two (2) persons. Any additional guest beyond two is not allowed. No Smoking Policy We care so much for our own little space. That is why we do not allow smoking within the unit - vape or otherwise. Besides, the apartment has a set of sensitive smoke detectors that can trigger an alarm with the slightest evidence of smoke. Pets We regret to inform that the building has a strict No Pets policy. Trash Disposal Trash bins are provided under the kitchen sink and under the washbasin in the bathroom. The floor's garbage room is located behind the lifts. Please note that a CCTV system covers the public corridors. There is a hefty fine from the building management for those caught leaving trash in the hallways. Swimming Pool You need to inform us in advance if you want to use the swimming pool so we can include the permit in the application of guest authorization form.
