The space From the private garden with parking for cars of the building you enter the entrance of the house and from this with 3/4 steps to the entrance of the flat which opens onto the living/dining room and an enclosed veranda. A door leads to the fully-equipped kitchen and a door leads to the hallway to the sleeping area: two double bedrooms (one with Italian bed the other with French bed - narrower) overlooking a terrace and master bathroom with bath with shower; finally a third study room with sofa bed and private bathroom with shower.
