The house has 2 employees: cook/maid and housekeeper. The caretaker will be available to open and close the gate, clean the pool, light the fireplace, turn on the sauna, turn the garden and pitch lighting on and off, and clean the entire exterior of the house. The housekeeper will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to serve breakfast, tidy the house, and assist with meals as agreed with the guest. Hiring employees is a house rule. It is not optional, as it is a necessity for the comfort of the guests and for the proper functioning of the house. Payment of employees must be made directly to them on the last day of the rental.
