The space The space is a dual dwelling located at the back of the property. Along with the unit, the pool/entertainment area are private. The backyard and fire pit areas are shared with main house tenants but not often utilised by them. A separate room is off the kitchen as you enter, a large bathroom is off the lounge area. The kitchen is modern and up to date, you will find all you need for preparation and cooking food. All but the kitchen sink. The kitchen currently has no built in sink, however a few steps into the bathroom and a large basin fits a custom bush sick that can be relocated to the kitchen for washing up. The pool is accessible 24/7 and includes a large deck area for lounging under the Ranges, which are also visible from inside the unit. Guest access Access to the unit is through a separate gate located off the main porch entrance to the house. Access can be gained without interaction with the main house. These entrances are under video surveillance. Other things to note Currently there are no laundry facilities in the unit. The local laundromat is easily accessible to property.
