At the gates of Honfleur, take a deep breath and relax in a unique green setting. La Pomme Bleue welcomes you with family or friends (4 pers.) in the authentic charm of a Normandy cottage on the edge of the Pays d'Auge. It will seduce you with its calm and its location close to hiking trails and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, suitable for the practice of many sports. The vast garden opens onto the Morelle Valley and the Charrière Saint-Germain wood. The space The cottage is located on a vast plot of 30 acres arranged as a hilly lawn, orchard and parking for 2 cars. A terrace borders the house with a view of the valley. Upon entering, you access the kitchen and its wood stove housed in the fireplace. The kitchen opens to the right to the dining room and to the left to a warm living room giving direct access to the terrace and a view of the valley. The ground floor is paved with authentic terracotta tiles and the whole is decorated with many antique objects mixed with more contemporary pieces. The living room has a TV (Chromecast and TNT channels) and a Hi-Fi system with a turntable and some vinyl records. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment necessary for the preparation of your meals and offers a large worktop. From the dining room a miller's staircase leads to the attic floor. This one is pretty steep. Please note that the floor is also accessible via a more comfortable independent external staircase. At the top of the staircase, you will find a fairly small toilet and on the left, a door opens onto a small cozy room equipped with a 160 cm queen size bed with garden view and access to an outdoor landing and its staircase located on the gable. In the central part of the floor is the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and sink. There is also a dresser, a rod with hangers and a hairdryer. The bathroom is open to the staircase and the second bedroom (no doors). This room also has a 160 cm queen size bed, a flat screen TV (TNT channel) and views of the garden and meadow. The whole floor is covered with flooring and offers the charm of its frame. Guest access Accessible by a private road and with parking for 2 cars, the cottage is located on the site of an old Norman farm and was the main body of the house. Another half-timbered building is located at the top of the lot. It is not inhabited and constitutes an agricultural storage space. You will have exclusive access to the main cottage and its small storage shelter under the gable staircase (padlock key on the keychain). You will find the additional terrace equipment (parasol, BBQ, games, seats...)
