Enjoying panoramic views over Ventry Bay, it also has a private garden surrounded by trees and wild flowers - the perfect space for children to play and parents to relax. The soft sandy beach is a one minute walk away. It's a 5 minute drive to Ventry for boats to the Blasket Islands, horse riding on the beach and 20 minutes to Dingle for traditional music venues, restaurants, bars and shops. The space The sitting room has ample seating, a small dining table and tv. The picture window looks out over Ventry bay and an external door leads directly onto the timber deck, which also has sea views. There is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. One of these also has a bunkbed for one child. Duvets and pillows are provided. GUESTS MUST CONFIRM TO HOST THEY WILL BRING THEIR OWN DUVET COVERS, SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS. There is a small but adequate bathroom with an enclosed shower cubicle. The galley kitchen has a new gas cooker with an oven, hob and separate grill. There is a new under-worktop fridge and a good range of crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment. Hot water is provided by a new gas boiler. The external door from the kitchen opens out to the garden. The garden is a lovely, safe and secluded play space for children. There is also an outside dining area with seating for 6 - 8 people and a small fire bowl/bbq. Guest access Private parking is available adjacent to the caravan and also on the open greenspace next to the driveway leading up to the caravan. The garden is for guest use only.
