This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with miles of trails from the backyard. If you like to hike, bike, and explore, this is the place for you! Just a few miles from Grand Traverse East Bay, you can launch your boat to fish, kayak, and swim. Close to all of the excitement of downtown T.C. and just minutes away from a convenient Meijer store. If you are affiliated with the Equestrian Festival, this home is a quick 8 minute commute. The space We have a master bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom. The closet will be closed off, but a clothes hanger will be provided to hang items. A large bathroom is upstairs as well which has an oversized tub and shower. We have another bedroom on the downstairs level with a full size bed and a bathroom with a standing shower next to the room. Lastly, we have a basement with a full size futon, and another bedroom with a queen bed, however there is no egress window. This bedroom closet will be unavailable, but a clothes hanger will be provided. The laundry facilities are also located on the basement level. We have a space for a workout and some free weights, and misc other exercise equipment with streaming workouts available. Bring your mountain bike and hook up to the VASA trail! There is large sandbox for children out back. A full toy closet is also available stocked with toys and games. We have 2 barn cats that will be checked on once a week as well as deck plants watered and lawn maintained. We would be happy to communicate which day/time that will happen if requested. Guest access You’ll have access to most of the home with the exception of a kids bunk room. Both garages will be closed off as well. You can initially enter the home on the back side mudroom door where a key code will be provided on the day of check in. Then feel free to enter through any other door. Other things to note We would consider a pet as long as the animal is with the owner and taken with the family when leaving. Pets must always be on a leash even while hiking in the back woods.
