BRAND NEW STUDIO IN A QUIET AREA BETWEEN LAND AND SEA

Come and discover the Côte d'Emeraude in a protected environment, quiet, between land and sea The space Welcome to our beautiful brand new 25 m² studio entirely built by our own hands. The accommodation is attached to the back of our house but is totally independent: you have your own entrance and a parking space in our yard. We live in a small quiet subdivision of ten houses. Our cottage consists of a living room with sofa, coffee table, dresser and TV. The adjoining open kitchen has a 2-burner stove, small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and NESPRESSO coffee machine. A dining area adjoining the kitchen is provided. You will also have a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, mirror, storage column, washing machine and small ironing board (with iron provided). The toilet is next to the bathroom and separated by a door, in this room you will find additional storage. For sleeping, you have a ladder to access the sleeping area in the mezzanine under the eaves (maximum height 1.60 m in the center). During your stay, you will enjoy a private outdoor garden with a table and two garden chairs. Guest access We ask that you let us know, no later than 24 hours before your arrival, the approximate time of your arrival to be sure that we are there :-) Other things to note For coffee lovers, we provide a NESPRESSO coffee maker, please remember to bring your own capsules. In terms of bedding (please note the sleeping area under the eaves, maximum height in the center 1.60 m), we provide bed linen. We also provide towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, dishwashing liquid, a garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper.
