Beach Paradise

Overlooking the ocean....This 1950's building has incredible charm, multiple communal decks, and 1 block to the beach. A few blocks walk to all the shops, gallery's and restaurants of La Jolla Village. The space It's all about "Location"! This apartment is 1 block from the beach and walking distance to everything in La Jolla village. The apartment has a wall of windows looking out over the ocean. View of a rose garden and the ocean off in the distance from the open living room and kitchen. Beautiful tropical garden outside the cozy bedroom. Building has incredible beach charm, decks for you to use, and views from every spot. Guest access All the deck areas in front of my place are for the public so please take advantage of them! There are chairs and a table set up for having a nice hang out in the sun. Keep in mind there are long term residents here so always be conscious of your noise and be friendly to all! Other things to note Please know that it is a residential building. The walls are very thin in the apartments so please be considerate of your noise. There is unlimited parking in front of the apartment on the North side of Cuvier street, just make sure to turn your wheels towards the curb as it is California law.
