Quick access to area beaches, parks, ocean & rivers for water activities of all sorts and great country backroads that are cycling friendly! Unplug & relax from the hectic city life. The screened back porch offers an outdoor dining area with shaded mornings and fantastic evening sunsets. The space The "back bay" beach country offers amazing sunrises, sunsets, and night skies. The spacious yard is great for outdoor fun when you're back from other adventures. There are piles of games, books, and movies for indoor entertainment. Note: Cell phone reception is hit or miss in this area. The internet is satellite based which can be limited by storms and NASA shutdowns. Be ready to disconnect from city life. **DOGS ALLOWED!!** Other pets at the owners discretion. The water is tested clean straight out of the ground and there is also a conditioning system that makes a distinct clicking noise whenever water is running (ie while washing dishes, bathing, & flushing the toilet).
